flight instructor for your training is very important. A strong bond will
develop between the student and the flight instructor as the training
progresses.

of the instructors at Prop Boys. They all have the same common goal...Sharing
their knowledge of the art of flying with others.

Steve Gray
|
Steve is one of the co-owners of Prop Boys...He started his aviation career
in 1974 and has been flight instructing since 1978. After running an FBO
and flying as a line pilot for air taxi operations, Steve flew corporate
aircraft gaining experience in multi-engine turboprop aircraft. With over
6000 hours holding an ATP-CFII-MEI-Commercial, Instrument SEL, Steve has
the knowledge to help guide new applicants on the right path towards their
goals in aviation. "Soloing a student for the
first time is one of my more rewarding pleasures." Steve currently is
the FBO manager for the Huntington Municipal
Airport
and enjoys sport flying and NASCAR racing.

Bob Fontaine
|
Bob is currently finishing his bachelor's degree in Professional Flight Technology at Purdue University. He first learned to fly at Huntington and holds a Single and Multi-Engine Commercial certificate, Instrument rating and Flight Instructor - Instrument certificate. Through his education at Purdue, work in aerial mapping and just flying for fun, he has experience in many different aircraft. When Bob isn't flying he enjoys swing dancing and Amateur radio.
