Below are the basic requirements for the Commercial Certificate.

Requirements

· Be at least 18 years of age
· Hold at least a Private Pilot Certificate
· Pass a required knowledge test
· Pass a required practical test
· Have logged at least 250 hours of flight time of which 100 hours must be pilot in command
· Log at least 20 hours of dual instruction with a Certified Flight Instructor.
